Dotwebs provide the following ezine solutions:

• Self-Managed Newsletter Module
  We provide you with a secure online area where your ezine templates and mailing list can be stored. You will be able to login and create ezines using the pre-designed templates and send by email to your mailing list. The Newsletter Module includes an opt-in subscription builder by which you can collect subscriptions on your web site and a reports section showing the number of emails that were sent and number of emails that were opened from a particular mail shot. We also custom design templates for you to use for your mail shots.
  
  
• Small Volume Managed Newsletter
  If you would rather not do all the mail shots yourself, we can manage the system for you. We will create your newsletter each week or month, however frequently you require your mail shots to be, and send out to your mailing list pending your approval. If you have a mailing list of less than about 5000 - then this small volume managed solution would suit you. Sent and opened statistics reports are sent to you by email.
  
  
• Large Volume Managed
  For larger volumes, we use a third-party service that has a dedicated mail server capable of handling large volumes of mail. We handle all the setting up, mailing list importing, creating and building the ezine and sending out the mail shots. We also provide you with a full report for each mail shot. The reports for this solution are in depth and include bounced lists and opt-out lists with options to re-send to or delete bounced email addresses.

*Optional: Ezines can be also be published to the web so the user has the option to view it online.
