The vision for managing leads includes a workflow stepper as well as visual insights. This would allow sales managers and business owners to set up a workflow to suit their needs and keep track of all the stages in that flow.

In the details section, using accordions to hide content was designed to keep the view uncluttered. The user could toggle the view to show all the information they needed to see at the same time. They would have have the option of keeping all the content visible on the screen if desired.

The card view for related items was intended to be an easy way for users to scroll through related content and view the top related items or add new items in-context.
